2019 Toast to Education/Law Luncheon Program

RMWBH Law appreciates that the schedule of most community association managers leaves little time for education and/or time with your families. For 2019, we set out to provide you not only with quality education, but options that work toward accommodation of both your professional and personal schedules. We alternate our programs each month between a lunch and evening, in an effort to meet everyone’s busy schedule. Our lunch program is focused on those managers that need in and out legal education without evening interruptions. Our business afterhours program will offer education with an evening toast for those managers that are unable to break away during the day.

Our goal is to provide you with convenient, efficient education that allows you to improve your legal knowledge base while leaving time for your clients and families, as determined by you.  All of these topics are available for onsite presentation, and we are happy to come to you if any of these topics strike you as pertinent for your teams.  We will conclude our 2019 Toast to Education/Law Luncheon program with a celebration-centered educational event in our office. Thank you for your support of RMWBH Law and we look forward to serving your legal education needs in 2019 and years to come.

Thank you for the support of this event. All of our available spots are now reserved. Please submit your information to be placed on the waitlist and if an opening becomes available we will let you know.

Don't Sign That Proposal

How do I get the association out of this contract? If an attorney did not review it, the answer may be that you are stuck.

With automatic renewal provisions, cumbersome termination procedures/deadlines, and, even worse, little or no insurance/indemnity protections for the association, the time to inquire about an association’s rights under a contract is before it is signed, not after. While we appreciate the cost-conscience board that may not want to pay an attorney for a contract review, those fees will most certainly be incurred later if the contract is poorly drafted, at best, or favors the vendor at the expense of the association, at worst.

Join Shareholder Clint Brown and RMWBH Austin as he takes you through what you need to know to avoid placing yourself and/or the association in this predicament.

This course is approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill 1 hour of continuing education requirements for the CMCA certification.
